Job Opportunity: Agile Coach
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and help us drive our agile transformation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding teams in understanding and implementing Scrum practices and principles, facilitating all scrum events, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
About the Role
As an Agile Coach, you will collaborate closely with product owners, fellow coaches, and cross-functional agile teams to coach and mentor them in agile principles and practices.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary initiative composed of several teams dedicated to delivering end-to-end solutions in business intelligence, reporting, planning, data warehousing, and advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
* Partner with product owners to define product goals, prioritize backlog items, and manage dependencies, roadmaps, and reporting.
* Facilitate all scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensure they are productive and timeboxed.
* Coach team members in agile principles, values, and best practices.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage reflection on processes during retrospectives.
* Support teams in identifying and mitigating impediments, risks, and dependencies.
* Monitor team performance using metrics such as burn-down, burn-up, flow efficiency, lead time, cycle time, and impediment resolution time.
* Foster open dialogue and productive collaboration within and across teams.
* Guide teams in understanding and implementing Scrum practices and principles.
* Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
* Profound understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and tools.
* Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification.
* Proven experience in a Scrum Master role within an agile environment.
* Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps.
* Excellent facilitation and mediation skills to resolve conflicts and promote psychological safety.
* Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
* Willingness to travel.
Nice to Have
* Experience in scaled agile environments.
* Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other tracking tools.
* Experience using facilitation tools such as Miro or Whiteboard.
