Job Title:
Fruit Quality Manager
Reporting to:
Head of Operations
Purpose of Role:
Manage and lead the resources allocated to quality area, ensuring compliance with all imposed procedures and quality standards, as well as food safety throughout the Customer's supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate the Quality team to deliver outstanding results;
• Oversee all quality control and food safety processes, ensuring compliance with HACCP, BRC, and internal standards;
• Monitor product quality, shelf life, and market specifications, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure traceability and food safety practices are always up to date;
• Collaborate with other departments and customers to solve quality challenges and implement improvements;
• Promote a culture of responsibility, safety, and teamwork.
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Engineering, Nutrition, or a similar area;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• HACCP and BRC training;
• Good organizational and communication skills;
• Experience with MS Office tools;
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
