**Electric Mobility Pioneer Wanted**
Enable us to shape the future of electric mobility in Portugal by taking on a key role in our fast-growing startup. We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to lead sales efforts and develop strategic partnerships for EV charging operation and electricity sales to businesses with electric fleets.
As a key member of our team, you will own the full sales cycle, including prospect identification, negotiation, and closing. You will also conduct market research, qualify leads, and build strong relationships with partners and clients. If you have a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Lead business development and sales efforts in two areas: 1) strategic location partnerships for EV charging operation; 2) sales of electricity for EV charging to businesses with electric fleets
* Own the full sales cycle, including identification and engagement of prospects, negotiation, and closing
* Conduct market research to generate pipeline of prospects
* Qualify leads and build a strong contact network
* Develop compelling, tailored proposals and negotiate contracts with partners and clients
* Work closely with internal teams (operations, infrastructure, finance, tech) during execution / implementation, being the point of contact for partners and clients
* Track business development and sales performance and help define strategies to achieve growth targets
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a startup environment; experience in mobility, real estate or energy is a plus
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving and creative thinking
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven
* Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
