Job Opportunity: Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the successful deployment of the Xshore program in Portugal, India, and Poland.
* Manage initiatives (sub-projects) up to Go Live, adhering to defined timelines.
* Develop and implement a Third-Party Risk Management process, governance, and methodology.
* Provide operational support to group teams, facilitating the implementation of extended teams in designated locations.
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify key risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Define and execute actions to meet SME conditions, as outlined in the risk assessment of the Xshore program.
* Establish contracts (SLA, billing process) between group departments and each location involved, overseeing contracting activities.
* Contribute to reporting requirements at the group level and by IT Group Central Sourcing teams.
Requirements
* Prior experience in project management.
* Risk awareness and outsourcing expertise.
* Familiarity with general IT topics or IT Risk and Cybersecurity.
* Ability to synthesize complex information and simplify it for stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive mindset and critical thinking abilities.
* Capacity to explain and manage change effectively.
* Leadership skills, including the ability to lead meetings, seminars, committees, and other forums.
* Capacity to establish and activate networks.
* Negotiation skills.
* Understanding of defined governance and methodology, with the ability to elaborate transversal processes.
* Proficiency in English.
