Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit contributes to Airbus' global success and plays a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in standardization, harmonization, digitalization, and automation of end processes (e.g., Procure to Pay) across all overhead functions. Our goal is to eliminate siloed ways of working and processes within AGBS. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Procurement to manage and implement the procurement supplier master data digital solution, ensuring data quality, compliance, and supporting decision-making.
- Support project management for master data digital solutions and quality projects.
- Translate, collect, consolidate, and prioritize business needs.
- Define high-level functional business specifications in alignment with business, IT development teams, and experts.
- Ensure timely and high-quality procurement master data services to support business strategy development and execution.
- Collaborate with development teams to create conceptual data models and monitor implementation.
- Lead improvement projects to support master data management with stakeholders.
- Manage external service providers professionally.
- Provide guidelines and raise awareness within the procurement community.
- Participate in project planning.
About Data Governance:
As Airbus undergoes digital transformation, Data Governance enables leveraging data value through defining data frameworks, standards, and methods. We design innovative data solutions, advise on projects, and ensure data compliance, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making while maintaining compliance.
Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge or interest in digital solutions and data, with strong communication skills.
- Project, organizational, and time management skills in an international environment.
- Ability to handle complex projects with coordination skills.
- Responsible, autonomous, and committed work ethic.
- Technical and analytical skills: data modeling, master data management, SAP MDG & ERP knowledge, troubleshooting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management and customer-oriented mindset.
- Degree in Business/Data Administration or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in digital or data management.
- Hands-on experience with Skywise or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; French, German, or Spanish is advantageous.
