Job Purpose and Overview:
The position supports the Quality Manager, assuring the correct management of the Quality and Food Safety Systems related to applicable regulation and standards.
What will you do as a Quality Technician at Dawn Foods:
1. Focus on results.
2. Improvements in processes and procedures.
3. Statistical analysis of data.
4. Training.
5. RA, inspections and audits.
6. HACCP team.
7. Provide information within the established deadlines.
8. Ensure and keep up to date documentation.
9. Manage complaints, DBs and OSL stocks.
10. Support the fulfillment of relevant certifications and legislation.
11. Manage RASFF, waste, pest, FD, FSC and fraud.
12. Calculate KPIs and manage records.
What does it take to be a Quality Technician at Dawn Foods:
Academic level required by the position holder:
University / Degree: Sciences Bachelor (Chemistry, Food, Biology, Environment, etc.)
Languages: Portuguese/ English / Spanish
Specialist Areas of Experience Preferred or Equivalent:
13. Advanced informatic at the user level (SAP is a plus)
14. Comprehensive knowledge of quality and food safety systems and standards
Minimum Applicable Years of Experience and Area/Field:
15. 2 years, preferably
