As our go-to-market motion scales, we're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to our sales processes. This role is critical to ensuring our sales team operates with speed, accuracy, and alignment backed by data, clear processes, and actionable insights.

You'll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the entire revenue engine.

What You'll Be Doing

* Sales Pipeline Optimization: Analyze the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks, gaps, inefficiencies, and implement improvements that accelerate deal progression and revenue generation.
* Data, Reporting & Insights: Leverage sales data to build dashboards, forecasts, and insights that support strategic decision-making and help teams prioritize effectively.
* Process Standardization & Enablement: Define, document, and refine sales processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
* Tools & Systems Management: Own and optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, automation tools, reporting systems) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
* Cross-Team Alignment: Act as a connective layer between teams, ensuring handoffs, metrics, and workflows are aligned across the revenue lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

* 4–6+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar roles (B2B SaaS preferred)
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales data and KPIs
* Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
* Ability to design and implement scalable processes
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable driving change

You'll stand out if you have:

* Experience in AI, SaaS, or product-led growth environments
* Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
* Experience supporting international or remote sales teams
