Emagine is seeking an Automation & AI Operations Administrator to join a strategic initiative in Porto, supporting enterprise automation and AI platforms built on Microsoft technologies.
This role is critical in ensuring the stability, monitoring, and continuous operation of automation workflows and AI-enabled processes across the organization.

Your main responsibilities:
* Handle requests and incidents related to automation and AI services
* Monitor automation workflows, AI processes, and platform performance
* Schedule and oversee the execution of automation jobs and flows
* Manage incident resolution, including coordination with external vendors and Microsoft services
* Execute deployment processes for automation solutions and platform updates
* Ensure stability and reliability of automation and AI platforms in production
* Maintain and update documentation of the Automation & AI platform landscape
* Support system maintenance, configuration tasks, and audit-related activities
* Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and engineers to ensure smooth production operations
* Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives for new automation and AI capabilities
You bring:
* 0–3 years of experience in IT operations, IT support, or automation support
* Basic understanding of enterprise IT environments and platforms
* Knowledge of automation technologies and digital workflows
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to troubleshoot incidents and automation failures
* Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
* Ability to work in a structured, operations-focused environment
Must have:
* Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry
Nice to have:
* Understanding of automation platforms and workflow orchestration
* Knowledge of AI-enabled business applications
* Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
* Understanding of enterprise IT architecture, networks, and firewalls
