Directly reporting to the Partner Relationship & Global Delivery Manager (PRM/GDM), you will be responsible for leading the teams and managing the operational activities in close collaboration with the client's operational managers.At the head of4 to 5 Tech Leads and 30 employees, your main missions will be: Operational management of the activity Management of the workload, activity plan, monitoring and reporting (KPIs) of the activity; Oversight of IT services related to insurance platforms (policy management, claims, underwriting, actuarial tools, customer portals);Participation in sourcing management Handling of client requests; Liaising with the client on the recruitment process; Onboarding of resources by ensuring the correct provision of equipment and access to insurance systems; Team care and integration.Talent management Managing team members and, in conjunction with the Global Delivery Manager, carrying out recruitments; Steering training plans and/or team care actions; Steering and proposing mobility and development paths, particularly in insurance IT expertise.Reporting Producing indicators; Preparing and leading client committees.Client operational management Preparing and leading steering committees with client management; Preparing and leading activity monitoring committees with the client's operational managers; Participating in the integration of new insurance clients in the transition plan, in conjunction with the transition manager.Who you are!
