German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Travel Assistance

We're looking fordedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialiststo join ourTravel Assistance team for the German Market.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers facing unexpected situations — providing essential support and guidance when they need it most.
??What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to travelers facing various situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.) via phone, email, and chat
Coordinate with service providers and partners to ensure timely and seamless support
Accurately document all interactions and resolutions
Remain calm and supportive under pressure
?Requirements:
German fluency at C1 level minimum (no accent restrictions)
Second language: Intermediate English OR Portuguese
Previous customer service experience preferred (travel, insurance, or related fields)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Clear, empathetic, and effective communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (3 days in-office at Saldanha, 2 days remote)
Rotating shifts 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays (night shifts always remote)
Important: The first 3 months will be 100% on-site, with the first month dedicated to intensive training
??What We Offer:
Base salary: €1,400 + €100 monthly performance bonus (paid 12 times a year)
Meal allowance: €8.76 per day

Additional 25% pay on base salary for night shifts worked remotely
Rotating shifts 24/7 (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
25 days of annual leave (including your birthday and 2 extra days off in December)
