Job Title: Financial Systems Analyst

This is a key role for anyone with experience in financial systems administration and support, with a passion for scripting and NetSuite functionality.
Responsibilities:
* Administer and support NetSuite and its integration with Coupa.
* Develop and extend NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript.
* Collaborate with our international team to provide production support for our financial systems.
* Work on enhancement requests assigned to them from our FinTech queue in Jira.
* Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
* Communicate with stakeholders to understand production support requests.
* Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
* Document processes and procedures related to financial systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in financial systems administration and support.
* Experience with NetSuite and its integration with Coupa.
* Strong scripting skills with experience in SuiteScript.
* Ability to work in a globally dispersed, remote environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
* NetSuite Certification.
* Coupa Certification.
* Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
* Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Familiarity with other financial systems and applications.
