About You:
* You have 5+ years of experience with z/OS systems or major subsystems.
* You have hands-on experience with Mainframe monitoring tools.
* You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* You have proven customer engagement experience, including C-level interactions.
* You excel at organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
* You possess problem-solving, analytical, and executive facilitation skills.
* You have a track record managing complex, enterprise-level accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximize customer value from their investment and identify new growth opportunities.
2. Collaborate with Sales and account teams to execute customer success strategies.
3. Mentor and foster strong partnerships between customers, internal teams, and partners.
4. Develop deep customer understanding to map solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
5. Help establish governance, change management, and Centers of Excellence programs.
6. Identify and mitigate risks to customer success.
7. Advocate for customers internally while influencing product evolution.
