We are looking for a Team Coordinator - NOC.The Team Coordinator we are looking for will join an existing NOC (Network Operation Center) team responsible of ensuring the proper execution of an incident mananagent process of a big telco firm in the Iberian market.
For this position, you need to combine both technical and communicative skills.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team to achieve objectives within the telecommunications infrastructure incident management service;Creation of work methods, procedures, and manuals;Ensuring 24-hour customer service delivery;Monitoring schedules and training of employees;In-person client visits representing the company;Organization of schedules and shifts;Creation and presentation of content for professional support;Management of emails, incidents, and complaints;Technical support in the use and management of applications.Out-of-the-Box thinking is necessary to improve resolution processes;Able to adapt to the team needs.
The project is ongoing in several countries and your help might be needed to support (occasionally) them;Daily customer communication;Administrative support for the team in the field.Understanding of the Incident Management process.Requirements:3/5 years of experience as a Help Desk Operator / Team Coordinator - NOC;Responsability and professionalism.Willingness to learn;High level of Portuguese and English are required;High communication skills;Customer first mentality.
