Senior Interior Designer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team.
* Develop innovative interior concepts, material palettes and mood boards.
* Prepare drawing sets across RIBA stages and collaborate with the wider team.
* Work independently while coordinating with the team to deliver results.
Key skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence and execution on high-end residential and hospitality projects is essential.
Fluency in English is required, with Spanish a plus. Ability to work remotely and excellent communication skills are also necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Own the full process from inception to detailed design and handover.
2. Ensure design integrity aligns with brand identity and delivers exceptional user experiences.
3. Collaborate with a team of interior designers and 3D artists throughout project development.
4. Bring groundbreaking and experiential ideas in materials, lighting, layout and spatial storytelling.
5. Create distinctive design languages for various properties while preserving brand DNA.
6. Work closely with the Head of Design and key client representatives.
7. Facilitate technical design through to construction.
8. Liaise effectively with external consultants, suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Architecture.
* 10+ years of experience in architectural design.
* 2-3+ years in a senior-level position with team oversight responsibilities.
* Portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence and execution on high-end residential and hospitality projects.
* Proven design ownership from concept to construction, ideally across multiple global locations.
* Deep understanding of interior architecture processes and RIBA project stages.
* Previous work with luxury brands or high-expectation clients.
* Strong eye for detail, high creative standards and visual innovation.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
* Ability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews in rendering software.
* Strong documentation, mood boards, visual storytelling and presentation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Professional level of English, Spanish is a plus.
* Ability to work remotely.
* Portfolio is a must.
