To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool ofDigital Government and GovTech expertsacross the European Union.Assignments under the framework may include activities such as:Digital government and digital transformation strategiesDevelopment of digital public services and GovTech solutionsInteroperability and digital architecture advisoryPolicy and regulatory analysis related to EU digital initiativesStakeholder engagement and institutional capacity buildingProfile Requirements We are particularly interested in experts with:8+ years of experiencein digital government, ICT advisory, or public sector digital transformationExperience working withEU institutions, international organisations, or national public administrationsExpertise in areas such asdigital public services, interoperability, GovTech, or digital strategyStrong analytical and advisory skills, including preparation ofreports, strategies, or policy studiesAdvanced degree inpublic policy, ICT, digital governance, economics, or related fieldsFluency inEnglishis required.
