Servicenow Development Lead
We are looking for a seasoned expert with strong hands-on experience building, optimizing, and maintaining applications on the Servicenow platform. This role focuses entirely on end-to-end development, advanced scripting, integrations, and application architecture.
* Develop and enhance scoped applications, flows, automation, and platform customizations to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Built and maintained integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs, and MID Server to drive business success.
* Created and optimized Service Portal components such as widgets and UI pages to improve user experience.
* Implemented secure and scalable solutions using ACLs, roles, and governance best practices to ensure data protection.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensured high platform performance through continuous monitoring and improvement.
* Contributed to CI/CD, ATF, code quality, and version control (Git) processes to streamline development workflows.
* Collaborated with architects and guided junior developers to promote knowledge sharing and skill growth.
