How your future looks like with us
Act as the go-to expert for specific topics/area within General Ledger & Fixed Assets, supporting global finance environment.
Lead and drive ERP migration and other project initiatives from a finance perspective, including process design, harmonization, testing, and deployment (ideally S/4HANA).
Define and document finance-related processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
Develop and maintain up-to-date guidelines and procedures across the finance function.
Serve as a key interface between Finance, IT, and external implementation partners, ensuring effective translation of business requirements into system solutions.
Perform Business Analysis tasks as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team and projects.
Identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation.
What you bring with you for a future with us
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or similar area;
5+ years of experience in similar roles;
Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4Hana migration projects with responsibility beyond a purely supporting role (mandatory);
Strong knowledge of accounting processes and how to improve them as well as designing and documenting;
Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into system and process solutions;
Proficiency in SAP Finance module and ability to use it across business processes;
Skilled in facilitating stakeholder alignment, defining goal-oriented action plans, and effectively resolving conflicts to ensure smooth collaboration and decision-making.
Fluent command of the English language is required.
