Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated
HSE Manage

to uphold our clients high standards of health and safety across projects in Sines. You will play a pivotal role in implementing safety management systems and promoting a positive safety culture throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with
Portuguese
and EU health and safety regulations.
* Implement and maintain safety management systems on all projects.
* Conduct site inspections and audits, addressing any identified risks.
* Deliver training and toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness.
* Investigate incidents and enforce preventive measures.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
* Proven health and safety experience, ideally in construction.
* Strong knowledge of
Portuguese
health and safety regulations.
* Fluent in both
Portuguese
and English.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Experience working on Civil Engineering projects is preferred.
