Your role starts here: a French multinational company with offices in Lisbon and Porto specialises in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We work with sectors like banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
We're looking for a Quality Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our digital experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and eager to innovate with AI.
* Review user stories and define, execute, and document test cases.
* Identify defects, analyse results, and support development teams.
* Drive quality engineering practices, risk management, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with multiple teams across the organisation (TechOps, Cloud, Engineering, Business).
* Evaluate usability, performance, automation, and security.
* Use quality metrics and AI-driven insights to improve processes.
* Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies.
* Experience with test tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail).
* 4+ years in Quality Testing (preferably in tech/engineering environments).
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Agile QA practices.
* Curiosity for AI/ML and willingness to learn.
