Responsibilities

* Optimize Flow of Value:

* Manage and optimize the flow of value through Agile Release Trains using appropriate tools.

* Communication and Planning:
">
* Communicate and establish annual calendars for Program Increments (PIs) and iterations.
">
* Facilitate PI planning events.
">
* Summarize Team PIs:
">
* Summarize team PIs into Program PI Objectives, publishing them for transparency and visibility.
">
* Track Capabilities:
">
* Assist in tracking capabilities and execution of features.
">
* Guidance on Decision-Making:
">
* Provide guidance on economical decision-making.
">
* Coaching and Impediments:
">
* Coach leaders, scrum masters, and teams in Lean-Agile mindsets and practices.
">
* Help manage dependencies and risks.
">
* Elevate impediments and track progress.
">
* Resourcing Inputs:
">
* Offer resourcing inputs to address crucial bottlenecks.
">
* Collaboration:
">
* Foster collaboration between teams.
">
* Strategy Alignment:
">
* Work with Product Owners, Product & Solution Management, and stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.

* Flow Improvement:

* Improve flow of value through value streams by assessing and improving DevOps practices.

Qualifications
">
* Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (3-5 years).

* Experience:

* Information Technology experience (5-7 years).

* Languages:
