Job Description:
A Night Auditor at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon is responsible for processing guest registrations, computing and collecting payment, performing nightly balancing of all services, preparing express checkout folios, maintaining room status inventory, communicating with Front Office Manager and other desk staff, sending and receiving telephone calls, sorting incoming mail and messages, maintaining knowledge of key competitors' products, ensuring effective communication and working relationship with operations team and other departments for success and to ensure guest satisfaction, processing all financial transactions, delivering financial reports as required, ensuring timely compilation of Front Office reports, generating, printing and distributing daily and weekly reports, completing and verifying all audit paperwork and shift reports, and providing guest assistance whilst ensuring compliance with all front office policies, procedures, standards and satisfaction of guests' needs.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience from a Front Office of a 5* hotel as Night Auditor, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle stress, excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation, guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest's preferences, flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays, authorization to work in a European country, and reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
