Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
Your primary objective will be to manage supplier invoices, address any queries or doubts they may have, and provide excellent customer support through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
You will also be expected to evaluate situations that require escalation and take necessary actions to resolve them.
In addition, you will work closely with suppliers to ensure they receive timely and accurate information regarding their invoices and payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Finnish Language Proficiency: You must have a high level of Finnish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
* Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and good communication skills are required
* Autonomy and Flexibility: You should be able to work independently and ensure end-to-end delivery of cases
