Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual and group psychological support to students facing emotional, social, or behavioural difficulties.
* Promote inclusive educational practices by collaborating with the inclusion team.
* Develop socioemotional skills through sessions with classes.
* Closely work with teachers, coordinators, and other specialist teams to implement prevention strategies.
* Hold meetings with parents when necessary to coordinate educational interventions.
* Support training sessions for staff on topics related to child development.
* Assist in the admissions process through psychopedagogical assessments.
* Liaise with external services when required for optimal student support.
* Develop projects promoting resilience, well-being, and mental health in the school setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree/Master's in Psychology, specialising in Educational Psychology or equivalent.
* Relevant experience in a school setting.
* Passion for working with children and young people.
* Fluency in Portuguese.
* Good command of English.
* Creativity in developing materials and pedagogical activities.
* Excellent organisational and teamwork skills.
* A positive attitude focused on continuous improvement.
* Confidence using technology in educational contexts.
* A strong commitment to student well-being and success.
