Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior B2B Travel Agent to join our team. As a key member of our global operations, you will provide exceptional support to travelers, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide best-in-class support to travelers via phone, email, or in-person
* Solve complex travel and technology-related issues, including emergency situations, in a timely and professional manner
* Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends to deliver exceptional service and expert advice
* Build strong relationships with global teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive innovation and improve travel processes
* Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards
Requirements:
* Native or fluent French speaker with English fluency (B2 or higher)
* Previous customer service experience in the travel and hotel segments, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results
* Proficiency in GDS systems, including Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo, is mandatory
* Metrics-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player with experience collaborating and giving/receiving feedback, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
* Computer literate with proficiency in Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and other relevant tools
* Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, as required
