This position offers the opportunity to contribute to commercial decision-making, supplier selection, and cost optimization initiatives in dynamic, operationally complex environments.
You will work across multiple stakeholders and suppliers, helping shape how logistics services and related assets are sourced and managed.
Your Contribution Manage and deliver procurement activities across transportation and logistics services Coordinate sourcing processes from market engagement through to supplier onboarding Evaluate commercial proposals and support negotiation and contracting discussions Assess logistics networks, supplier landscapes, and cost structures to identify improvement areas Maintain and develop relationships with external partners (e.g. carriers, service providers, equipment-related vendors) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement solutions align with operational requirements Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to category-level initiatives and broader sourcing programs Your Background Professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles (minimum 4+ years) Exposure to transportation, logistics services, or related categories Familiarity with sourcing tools and processes, including supplier selection and commercial evaluation Ability to engage in negotiations and manage supplier interactions Understanding of cost components within logistics or operational environments Comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions to support decision-making Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders Fluent in English; additional languages are considered beneficial Why Consider This Role Work within a growing international setup with exposure to diverse markets Opportunity to develop expertise in logistics-focused procurement Involvement in commercial and operational decision-making processes Collaborative and fast-moving team environment Role offering both structure and autonomy in delivery
