We are looking for a Project Manager (Insurance Sector) to join our Client's team under a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage projects following recognized Project Management best practices
* Capture, structure, and document key topics discussed in meetings, ensuring full traceability
* Ensure proper follow-up of actions, risks, and dependencies
* Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams
* Foster strong collaboration across stakeholders with a focus on ownership and accountability
* Ensure alignment between project goals, timelines, and deliverables
* Promote clear and human-centered communication within the team
Required Qualifications:
* Academic background and/or certification in Project Management
* Proven ability to systematize information and maintain structured documentation
* Strong sense of Ownership and accountability
* Strong interpersonal skills with a clear Human Touch approach
* Native Portuguese (mandatory)
* Good level of English (professional working proficiency)
Preferred Profile:
* Background in the insurance sector
* Technical background, enabling effective communication with development teams
* Experience working closely with IT and software delivery teams
