Job Summary:
The Sales Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate sales records, creating and managing prospective customer data, assisting with administrative tasks, and optimizing sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support sales strategies.
- Develop activity reports
- Support the Sales Team managing the day-to-day business for all the Accounts.
- Maintain and update the customer and prospective customer database
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics
- Work with sales team members on a routine basis to assure that reports are of high data quality and measure data completeness and accuracy over time
- Support sales teams with custom opportunities and operational tasks

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Previous experience working within commercial or sales environment.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power Bi.
- Fluent Portuguese language is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy.
- High comfort level with routine and repetitive tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong experience in data entry and management with high levels of accuracy and detail
