Present in Portugal for nearly 30 years, it currently has over 200 stores. We are now recruiting a HR Administration Specialist on a contract for substitution at the new Calzedonia Portugal headquarters in Lisbon.
YOUR MISSION:
As HR Administration Specialist, you will support the HR Management, mainly in administrative human resources management. Your main responsibilities will include managing and controlling administrative tasks for approximately 250 employees, especially regarding:
- Hiring and termination of employees;
- Drafting employment contracts;
- Monitoring attendance via the Zucchetti platform;
- Managing the Employee Central (SAP - SuccessFactors).
- The position is a substitution contract, with a presence regime and one day of flexible work per week;

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or Accounting and Finance;
- Minimum of two years experience in similar roles;
- General knowledge of labor law;
- Language skills: preferably English or Italian;
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of Meta 4 (payroll processing, time analysis, and management);
- Knowledge of SAP – SuccessFactors – People Management module.
