Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop and implement effective project management plans, processes and systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
* Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders and team members to ensure transparency and progress updates.
* Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to plan, execute and finalize projects according to established deadlines and budgets.
Requirements:

* University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Management or related field.
* Proven experience in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks in complex projects.
* Exceptional negotiation skills to secure advantageous agreements and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Ability to plan, execute and finalise projects according to established deadlines and budgets.
* Practical knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international teams.
