Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Controlling Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing financial controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of controllers across multiple sites.
1. Business Partnering:
Provide financial insights to support supply chain and site leadership. Influence strategic decisions, investment evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster financial awareness.
* Controlling & Performance Management
Develop and implement efficient controlling processes and reporting tools. Manage budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and product costing.
* Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to local regulations and legal/tax requirements.
* Digital Transformation:
Lead the deployment of digital finance tools.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline;
* 5–7 years of proven experience in Controlling, preferably within an industrial and international setting;
* Demonstrated experience in team leadership (mandatory);
* Strong expertise in IFRS standards and controlling methodologies;
* Practical experience with SAP FI/CO modules;
* Solid background in operations finance;
* In-depth knowledge of industrial controlling and product costing;
* High financial and analytical proficiency, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Fluency in English.
