Ensures the right profiles to each client.Key Responsibilities- Understand and prioritise client needs: This includes collaborating with sales to gather requirements, prioritising requests, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Source and match consultants: Identify and screen potential candidates through various channels, prepare them for interviews, and present them to clients.
- Facilitate the placement process: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and help close deals, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and consultants.
- Ensure successful delivery: Oversee contract compliance, manage replacements if needed, and maintain ongoing communication with clients and consultants.
- Maintain records and reporting: Keep track of candidate information, placements, and resourcing activities, providing regular reports to management.Qualifications- Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or any other equivalent/relevant field.
- General Experience in managing teams, preferably in a Time & Materials business environment or a related industry.
- Prior experience in the financial sector is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Collaborative team player.
- Experience in the IT sector in which the company operates can be a significant advantage.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships.
