The missions of AP Team Lead are :
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department
2. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
4. Coordinate and complete annual audits
5. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, credit control, and petty cash
6. Review the company's accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
7. Utilize accounting IT systems to facilitate processes and maintain records
8. Collaborate with the team to improve financial procedures
Profile
A successful AP Team Lead should have:
1. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
2. Proven experience in the FMCG industry
3. Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
6. Proficiency in accounting software
