We are looking for an IAM Specialist to join a cybersecurity team responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of Identity & Access Management solutions.
This role plays a key part in ensuring secure access to systems and applications, supporting compliance, risk reduction, and a strong security posture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions (user lifecycle, access provisioning, deprovisioning)
* Manage user identities, roles, and access rights across applications and systems
* Implement and maintain access control models (RBAC, least privilege)
* Support authentication and authorization mechanisms (SSO, MFA)
* Integrate applications with IAM platforms
* Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents and access issues
* Support access reviews, recertification campaigns, and audits
* Contribute to compliance with security and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams
* Document processes, procedures, and IAM standards
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in Identity & Access Management
* Knowledge of IAM concepts:
* User lifecycle management
* Role-based access control (RBAC)
* Segregation of Duties (SoD)
* Experience with IAM tools (e.g. SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, ForgeRock, One Identity - or similar)
* Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
* Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP
* Knowledge of security best practices and risk management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
