What You’ll Do

* As a Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling our user base, increasing retention, and maximizing revenue. Your work will directly impact the gaming community, shaping the way users interact with our platform.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and player needs to inform strategic decisions.
* Create and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize key growth metrics to validate initiatives and improve performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to launch impactful growth campaigns.
* Leverage A/B testing, market research, and user analytics to refine product offerings and maximize conversions.
* Develop reports and actionable insights to present to leadership and guide future strategy.

Who You Are

* Proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, ideally in a startup, gaming, or tech company.
* Deep knowledge of the gaming and skins market, particularly within Counter-Strike, staying ahead of industry trends and community behavior. (mandatory)
* Strong analytical mindset, using data-driven decision-making to optimize growth initiatives.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both gaming enthusiasts and professional traders.
* Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to improving processes and exceeding targets.
