YOUR ROLE:
As a Finance Controller your main mission will be to take responsibility for budgeting/ forecasting, business case preparation and driving as one team the financial performance of your business unit. In your daily job you will:
1. Coordinate the analysis and development of the consolidated financials for projects
2. Work with stakeholders to analyze the accuracy and validity of project financials
3. Provide guidance and recommendations to the Project stakeholders to achieve key performance metrics
4. Support month-end financial closing in Service Center (variance analysis explanation)
5. Define top line for central forecast (Revenue, Volume, Price)
6. Analyse programs and customer profitability
7. Drive Risks & Opportunity management
8. Support customer negotiations & Advise commercial team to deliver BBP customer results
YOUR BACKGROUND:
9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting
10. Previous experience of 3 years minimum in finance controlling is strongly preferred
11. Strong results orientation with demonstrated achievements
12. Exceptional planning, organizational, and management capabilities
13. Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
14. Outstanding teamwork skills and interpersonal communication abilities)
15. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
