Market Research Fieldwork Manager Job Description

We are seeking a resourceful, independent, and proactive individual who can quickly grasp company processes and gain a strong understanding of the market research industry.
This position requires hands-on, versatile professionals who operate as the single point of contact between our clients' multimarket research projects and operational teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Develop, review and implement screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires to ensure best practice data collection.
* Client Liaison: Conduct briefings with internal fieldwork teams and external vendors, managing the recruitment process and tracking project profitability.
* Data Analysis: Review and test programmed questionnaires, working closely with internal scripting, translation, testing and data processing departments.
* Reporting: Provide effective reporting on project progress, recognising potential barriers and challenges and offering solutions.
Accurate administration support is also required to wind down projects and capture learnings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
