Position: Junior IT Business Manager (Nordic Markets Experience)

Location: Central Lisbon

Company: A Moongy Group company based in Lisbon

Contract: Full-time

Work Model: Hybrid: 2 - 3 days onsite per week

Residency: Must currently live in Portugal

Languages: English (C2)


What We're Looking For:


Mandatory:

Nationality & Nordic Experience: Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

* Have previously lived, studied, completed an internship, or worked in Sweden, Denmark, or Norway
* OR Have previous experience working with the Nordic Markets (even if is not on IT)


Plus

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or similar
* Junior experience as Business Manager, Account Manager in IT services/consulting
* Proven experience in B2B prospecting, lead generation, and new client acquisition
* Previous exposure to the IT world (services, consulting, recruitment, or delivery)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and processes



About the Role

This is a 360 IT Business role sitting right at the crossroads of business development, client relationships, and IT talent management. (Not an IT Manager role - no servers were harmed in the making of this job.)

You'll be responsible for growing the business end-to-end: prospecting new clients, opening doors through cold calling and outbound campaigns, managing client relationships, recruiting IT consultants, and ensuring both clients and consultants are happy humans.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Client Acquisition (Main Focus)

* Identify and prospect high-potential B2B clients in the IT sector (strong hunter mindset)
* Engage prospects via cold calling ,calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and other outbound channels
* Lead commercial discussions with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, HR, Procurement)
* Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships and signed agreements


Client Relationship Management

* Build trusted, long-term relationships with existing and new clients
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, service quality, and retention


Recruitment & Talent Delivery

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of IT professionals
* Source, interview, and match candidates to client needs (technical + cultural fit)


Consultant Management

* Ensure engagement, motivation, performance, and career progression
* Act as a key point of contact between consultant and client
