Multinational company of reference in the market is recruiting a Record To Report Analyst.
Responsibilities: Perform period-end activities in accordance with the financial close schedules and the established guidelines.Analyse, reconcile and report intercompany balances.Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and follow-up on open items.Prepare monthly Intrastat, VAT and other tax reports.Manage asset accounting: creation, transfer and scrap.Provide support for internal and external financial audits.Execute continuous improvements projects.Identify and suggest implementation of possible process improvements and optimizations.Promote best practices across the department and across customers.Desired Profile: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, management or equivalent.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting area.Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.Intermediate English level.Analytical & Problem Solving skills.Rigor & Organization.Implementation & Result Orientation.Collaboration & Teamwork.Benefits of working as a RECORD TO REPORT ANALYST in Lisboa: Learning opportunitiesOpportunities to growCompetitive salaryPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
