As part of a friendly contact center team, the role involves providing advice and solutions across multiple channels, handling a wide range of enquiries and escalated complaints. The ideal profile has a genuine interest in animals and customer service, enjoys working as part of a team, delivers a high standard of support, and accurately captures customer data to support service quality and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
* Manage inbound customer contacts across multiple channels on a daily basis
* Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible
* Work autonomously, managing your own caseload and finding effective solutions
* Act with urgency to prioritize cases and escalate risks when needed
* Accurately capture customer data in the CRM to support reporting and continuous improvement
* Take ownership of cases, prioritizing effectively and resolving conflicts when needed
* Handle customer queries and complaints across multiple inbound channels
What you'll need
* High school diploma and fluent English at C1 level, written and spoken
* Previous experience in customer service or a related role
* Confident using MS Office tools, email, Teams, and online systems
* Good understanding of social media platforms
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and in crisis situations
