Job Description:
Records Management Office Control Team serves as the critical intermediary between APS Data Services Team and higher-level functions.
This Team is responsible for incident prioritization, root cause analysis, and stakeholder coordination, while also playing a pivotal role in managing projects to deliver sustainable solutions and process improvements.
This role is ideal for a candidate with strong background in project management, incident handling, and cross functional collaboration.
Main Tasks:
Perform Business-as-Usual controls that ensure Pre-Trade information is recorded and meeting the defined standards in a timely manner.
Evaluate and classify incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Act as the primary escalation contact from unresolved issues from the APS Data Services team, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution
Perform deep-dive investigations into recurring issues, implementing corrective actions to address root causes.
Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and vendors to align project goals with business objectives.
