1. Learn more about IT security and frameworks
2. Support on daily activities
3. Application of internal security framework on different technological environments
4. Review of service documentation/processes
5. Creation of exceptions
6. Exception handling process
7. Incident handling process
We are looking for someone with…
8. Bachelor/Master's (or equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering such as, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or others;
9. Basic knowledge in:
10. Security;
11. Network;
12. Cloud environments;
13. Python, Shell or PowerShell;
14. Eagerness to learn new technologies;
15. Excellent oral and written skills in English;
16. Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.
