Revamp Reformer Pilates is opening its doors very soon in the heart of Cascais, and we are now looking for passionate, dynamic, and inspiring Pilates Instructors to join our team and make the magic happen If you're dedicated to delivering exceptional classes, connecting with clients, and being part of a vibrant new studio, this opportunity is for you
Role Summary
We're seeking enthusiastic instructors who can create an uplifting, results-driven, and community-focused class experience. As a Pilates Instructor at Revamp, you'll deliver high‑quality group reformer sessions, motivate and challenge clients, and contribute to the overall client journey inside the studio.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, safe, and effective Reformer Pilates classes that reflect Revamp's brand and methodology.
* Inspire, motivate, and support clients of all fitness levels.
* Provide clear cueing, hands‑on adjustments (when appropriate), and options for regressions/progressions.
* Build strong connections with clients, encouraging retention and consistency.
* Contribute to the studio community through presence, energy, and professionalism.
* Ensure the studio and equipment are maintained to high standards before and after classes.
* Collaborate with the Studio Manager and team to continuously improve the client experience.
What We're Looking For
* Valid TPTEF (Título Profissional de Técnico de Exercício Físico).
* Completion of a Pilates training program (including Reformer).
* Teaching experience is welcome but not required — newly qualified instructors are encouraged to apply.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus.
* Academic background in sports, movement, or related fields is valued.
* Passionate about Pilates and committed to delivering high‑quality classes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional.
* Team‑oriented and flexible.
