Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team within the IT and Azure Business Unit.
Oversee sales and technical delivery of informatic equipment, networking, and cloud solutions.
Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Provide strategic input into business development, identifying market trends and opportunities.
Manage resources effectively, including time, personnel, and technology.
Represent the organisation at client meetings and industry events, both locally and internationally.
Key Requirements:
Technical & Commercial Expertise
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Management).
Strong experience in technology sales and solutions, particularly in informatic equipment, networking, or cloud solutions.
Deep understanding of network architecture, data centre services, and cloud technologies.
Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate deals, and develop business strategies.
Leadership & Communication Skills
Track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency inEnglish and Portuguese.
Willingness to travel internationally, if required for projects
