We are looking for a talented and accomplished Marketing Coordinator. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be in charge ofsupporting the Regional Marketing Director in all marketing activities related to Foundever's service offering in the Multilingual Region. The main objectives are supporting Foundever to increase brand awareness/recognition in the market, supporting in establishing a thought leadership position and gathering intelligence on our internal capabilities and external competitors and markets.
As a Marketing Coordinator,your daily responsibilities will include:
* Executing Foundever's marketing plan in specific geographies, including: digital marketing campaigns, web content, direct marketing, public relations, events organization, conferences and awards participation, speaking opportunities for company leaders’ preparation, corporate materials production, internal and external communications, namely writing, editing and distributing regular communications.
* Responsible for internal information gathering, collaboration with all other internal departments, as well as reporting on the activities to be developed, based on the defined KPI.
* Demonstrating track record in managing marketing campaigns, facilitating multiple internal and external communication processes, coordinating, maintaining and communicating knowledge databases.
* Taking personal responsibility for understanding and complying with all company and client security requirements and policies.
* Ensuring that all staff (Foundever or agency/contractors) working in your team are fully compliant with Foundever and our clients' security policies and requirements, ensuring that your staff are provided with an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified.

* Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and make strategic adjustments is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Demonstrate leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a marketing team, with proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
* Innovation is key, as well as to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, showcasing the ability to introduce innovative and creative marketing approaches.
* Adaptability is crucial for this role, as the candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt to changes and navigate through ambiguity.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of industry preferred.
* Multi-tasking ability.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree considered a plus.
* Proven track record as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the CX or technology industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
