As a Turkish Customer Support Advisor, you will:
1. Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering customers' inquiries and/or attending to potential requests.
2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
4. Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
5. Listen to the customer's unique situation and acknowledge their needs.
