The Job combines IT BA and Service management responsibilities to drive the operational demand in the Signature Authority domain. It requires IT consulting skills and operational excellence to drive the global Signature Authority service smoothly
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You act as the functional HR/IT Business Analyst and Solution Designer for all HR/IT MiniMaster and Authority Management Topics
You align business demands and processes with our IT strategy and consult the business accordingly while acting as the subject matter expert within the respective portfolio element
You will translate the business demands into IT service requirements and ensure proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management and IT compliance framework
You think about the 'big picture" within the Assurance strategy and IT key projects, considering end to end processes and identify cross topic dependencies
You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities
Your qualifications and experience:
You hold a bachelor or master degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration
You have a minimum of 35 year's experience with SAP HCM Solutionsideally time management
You have a thorough understanding of UI5 based SAP design und understanding of front end technologies and there integration with SAP systems
You have a thorough understanding of Org. Management related processeswith focus on Compliance processes and respective IT solutions / integrations
you are interested in regulatory data management to enable workflows
You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects
You have a good knowledge of managing IT service providers
You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry
Your attributes and skills:
You strive to translate new business and operational challenges into value adding technology solutions
You are a well-structured and detail oriented worker with a strong ability to think analytically and you don't compromise on quality, even under pressure
You have particularly strong teamworking skills, are proactive and like taking the lead on topics incl. seeing things through to the end
You have a knack for stakeholder management and a high level of service orientation and you are known for your excellent communication skills
You already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation and communicate reliable across cultures and organizational levels
Your English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written; your command of the German language is a plus
