Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled digital professional to manage and optimize our website, as well as support the creation of landing pages and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the functional performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of our website across desktop and mobile devices.
* Implement and manage SEO best practices using tools such as Screaming Frog and Semrush to monitor and enhance web visibility.
* Perform regular content updates while ensuring graphical and brand consistency.
Web Project Management:
* Write functional specifications and manage in conjunction with the IT Web Manager the development lifecycle for new website features or initiatives.
* Supervise in conjunction with IT, project timelines, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and test features prior to release.
* In conjunction with IT Web Manager, oversee new platform integrations, ensuring compatibility and smooth rollouts.
Compliance and Analytics:
* Monitor and manage compliance with cookie policies using tools like OneTrust and ensure adherence to RGPD regulations.
* Utilize data analytics to track site performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Implement enhancements that improve user engagement and streamline platform efficiency.
HubSpot Platform Management:
* Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to ensure seamless integration with other platforms and to address functional and technical challenges in conjunction with IT Web Manager as they arise.
Qualifications:
* A degree in Digital Media, Web Development, IT, or a related field with significant experience in managing and optimizing digital platforms.
* Extensive expertise in CMS platforms (WordPress), SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Semrush), along with solid knowledge of design tools (Figma, Canva) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
* Proven experience in web project management, including drafting specifications, testing features, and supervising platform releases.
* Knowledge of data compliance regulations and experience with cookie management tools like OneTrust.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication abilities, with fluency in English and experience collaborating in multicultural environments.
