As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end business systems solutions by executing projects from start to finish. This includes running workshops, gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, designing solutions, documenting processes, and configuring systems.
* Deliver high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
* Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules to optimize clients' HR processes.
* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.
* Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions.
* Feature Rollout: Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionalities.
* Global Leadership & Advisory: Serve as a global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0.
* HR Transformation: Lead the development and implementation of efficient, scalable, and automated HR system processes.
* Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via the ticketing system.
