The Berner Group is undertaking a major IT transformation, and you will play a key role in establishing its new integration ecosystem using Workato and SAP BTP.
You will implement integrations, develop recipes and integration flows, support the modeling of new interfaces, and contribute to a platform that forms the backbone of our digitalization.

Your Mission
* Develop, test, and optimize Workato recipes and SAP BTP integration flows
* Implement technical integration requirements in collaboration with IT and business teams
* Document, standardize, and build reusable integration components
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and scalability
* Monitor and control cloud consumption (FinOps)
* Create process documentation and best practices
* Contribute to a modern integration governance framework, including KPIs
What you bring
* 2–3 years of experience in integration or automation
* Hands-on experience with Workato or SAP BTP (ideally both), or strong willingness to learn
* Basic understanding of APIs, OData, JSON/XML, and webhook mechanisms
* Strong interest in cloud technologies, data flows, automation, and digital transformation
* Team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset
Nice to have
* Workato certifications
* Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI)
* Experience with enterprise applications (SAP, CRM, HR systems, etc.)
