The key responsibilities include:
* Driving revenue and profitability by ensuring sales and delivery teams meet targets and performance standards.
* Managing design, development, marketing, and operations to ensure high-performance work and timely completion.
* Implementing best practices, processes, accountability, and high performance across all departments.
* Maintaining utilization, capacity, profitability, and client satisfaction, taking corrective action when metrics are not met.

The requirements include:
* Five years of experience in a leadership role.
* A proven track record of growing businesses (agency or online companies), improving revenue, and increasing profitability.
* A proven track record of improving operational efficiency, team performance, and leading cross-departmental initiatives.
* A deep understanding of digital workflows across design, development, QA, PM, and marketing, with the ability to optimize delivery.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
